Description
PRINCE2 uses product description outlines for all of its documents to describe the purpose, composition, appearance, derivation and quality criteria for all 26 management products. We have created these outlines for you in several different formats: Microsoft Word, OpenOffice Writer and Rich Text Format. These are offered free of charge and in a range of formats that can be used by anyone – why would you not want to take advantage and avoid all that hard work?
Essentially, these are the outlines taken from Appendix A of the PRINCE2 guide and turned into electronic format. They will still need you to put your stamp on them by branding them appropriately, tailoring them to your own requirements and replacing each heading with each specific piece of project information – but at least they are free! The outlines carry the VTL Media logo – see the image gallery for examples. If you want a more complete usable template for each of these outlines, you may want to consider the paid-for versions. These are templates that can be used as-is, or tailored to your own requirements and do not carry the VTL Media logo.
You will need to create an account in order to download these outlines, add them to your basket and check out in the normal way. They are free, so there will be no charge at the checkout. Once the check out process is complete, you will be able to download the zip file for the format required – Microsoft Word (.docx), OpenOffice Writer (.odt) or Rich Text Format (.rtf).
There is no limit to the number of times you can download the outlines. However, the license is for single use only, which applies to the individual, but can be used for as many different projects as required. Corporate users will need to contact us for details.
