This is the daily rate for one-off consultancy services. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Coaching and mentoring
• Health checks, assurance, maturity assessments and gateway reviews
• End stage reviews, end project reviews, end tranche reviews, end programme reviews
• Facilitating workshops for planning, risk management and quality management
